Napier Women's 7's won the Hawkes Bay title. We now go through to Palmerston North in February to represent Hawkes Bay.

Paul Sorensen was the winner of the HB Open Singles.
Napier Men's 7's team won the second division of the same competition. Members of the team were: Ken Smith, Bill Edward, Wayne Weston, Gerald Taylor, Frank Hosegood, Kevin Ives and Alex Milligan.
One of our men's fours team has also won the HB Open 4's title. Their names are: Graeme Wagg, Dave Stevenson, Ken Smith and Malcolm Stockwell.
